Although the concept of a buckle with a picture is not new, we know that the process of having their own personal picture, photo or drawing and the quickness with which it is done appeals to our growing clientele from all over the world.
Our coating is pre-made using the same technological resins as that used in the production of scratch resistant spectacles, resulting in a superior hardened crystal clear coating, giving our buckles that quality finish demanded by customers of the 21st century. Our buckles are cast specifically to our own design using state of the art manufacturing techniques, made in hardwearing, durable strong alloys and finished in an anodised appearance. How do we make the finished product? Simple! Our customers send us an image, it may be a club logo, an emblem or even a favourite photo, perhaps even your own design, artwork or drawing.
We take your image, enhance and resize, we even offer design facilities from our own artwork department. The final image is printed using best quality 100 year guaranteed “Canon” chromatic inks on high quality 120gsm photographic material then sprayed with a special UV anti-fade protective coating. The image is then trimmed to size and fitted into the buckle plate with the final process of being sealed behind the crystal clear scratch resistant facia.
